- All guests enter Nghala premises and partake in all facilities provided at their own risk.
- Wild animals, who are potentially dangerous, roam freely in and around Nghala.
- Feeding of the animals is not permitted.
- Baboons and monkeys can enter the premises.
- It is therefore strongly advised to keep all door and window screens closed at all times.
- For your own safety walking around outdoors is highly discouraged between dusk and dawn.
- Marloth Park is situated in a Malaria area where precautions must be taken.
- Guests must keep noise levels to an acceptable level at all times.
- Fires may only be made in the boma and braai facilities provided and must be extinguished before leaving the braai area.
The owner and their employees or agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any description whatsoever which the guest or any member of his / her family, relative or visitor of the guest may sustain directly or indirectly in or about the premises from whatsoever cause.
